Park Yoga

Following on from last summer’s successful yoga classes at Bostall Gardens we are back with Sunday morning classes.

All classes are taught by Katie Earwaker.

When are they?

All the classes are at 11am on a Sunday, we have 6 dates in the schedule

June 30th

14th July

4th August

18th August

22nd Sept

29th Sept

Where is the class?

The class will be on the big patch of grass behind the tennis courts at Bostall Gardens. There are two entrances to the park on Rochdale Road and Voila Avenue

How much is the class?

Each class is £8.

Will class be cancelled?

If it rains or if there is a strong chance of rain between 11 and 12, then the class won’t go ahead

What happens if I have paid and class gets cancelled?

We will process full refunds back to your credit card on the day of cancellation or you have the option of using a credit towards another weekend class

How do I pay?

Please book online herethis is bookable on the day too.

Can I pay cash?

Yes, but we would prefer online. By paying online we have your contact details and can notify you of any changes etc

What do I need to bring?

You will need your own mat and we recommend you bring a bottle of water. Sunscreen and a hat are advisable when it gets warmer.

Can I bring my child to the park classes?

Children from the age of 8 can attend the class as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Entry for children is £2

Note that the class is an hour long, please consider this when bringing your child.

I have never done yoga before, can I join?

Abbey Wood Yoga run all levels classes. If this is your first time practicing Yoga here is helpful article which outlines the 10 most common poses.

You will also need to fill out an online waiver before attending any of our events. You can find this here though please note you will only need to do this once per student.

Mention injuries  have prior to the beginning of each class so Katie can provide you with suitable modifications.
