Weekly classes are Monday nights

60 Mins of Slow Flow Yoga followed by 15 minutes of relaxing Yoga Nidra with Katie.

Time: 7.45pm to 9pm
£10- Book online or  discounted block booking discounts available.

Book using code FIRST5 for your first class for £5.

Over 60s are £5 cash on the door

Location: St Paul’s Academy, Dance Studio, Finchale Rd, Abbey Wood SE2 9PX

I am a beginner can I still attend?
All our classes are suitable for all levels.

If you are brand new to yoga, there are certain postures that are helpful for you to learn so you can feel comfortable in a class.
